Job Description
I am working with Healthcare Provider, who is looking for an Experienced Group CFO
Essential Functions or Tasks:
- Partnering with the CEO and the PE investors on the creation of the future strategy of the business.
- Partnering with the rest on the exec team to identify any underlying weaknesses in existing systems and processes.
- Managing covenants and the bank relationship.
- Leading on the audit.
- Day to day management of the finance team, including future hires as the business expands.
- Ad hoc projects by the Investors.
Soft skills
- Team player – you only succeed when the entire team succeeds
- Strong English, German is nice to have
