I am working with a Private Equity backed Software business who require an immediately available Interim CFO to professionalise the finance function post deal. Working closely with an entrepreneurial CEO, you will be required to implement best in class financial processes and control in order to align to new PE standards. With a 30% ebitda margin, you will be driving further growth via buy and build and identifying acquisition opportunities.

They are an international entity with operations across Europe. One of your first tasks will be to run a full analysis of the finance function with a view to implementing measures to fix inaccuracies in reporting, controls and processes. You’ll have a track record in professionalising finance functions and implementing rigour into international entities.
