We are working with a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on helping organizations protect their sensitive information and assets.
They are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Consultant to join our team and support us in our buy-and-build journey. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our acquisition integration and due diligence process, working closely with the finance, legal and operational teams. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker and hands-on approach.
I am currently partnering with a lower mid-market PE fund who immediately require an Interim CFO to enhance the core finance function for one of their SaaS businesses post investment. The business has strong growth plans though inorganic means thus, need a hands on CFO to streamline reporting processes and maintain tight control over cashflow forecasting.
Operating in a lean finance team, you'll be responsible for streamlining reporting, improving MI, and integrating acquisitions.
The role needs someone who proves both strategic and technical. Previous Private Equity experience is essential.
