Finatal is working with a therapeutics start up – currently in stealth mode with significant Seed funding from high profile VC
I am working with a fast growth, venture capital backed B2C SaaS platform (c.£10m ARR) aggressively expanding on their portfolio of blue-chip clients as they continue to dominate the UK market and assert their presence internationally. Due to the rapid growth triggered by a significant funding round, the business is looking for a CFO to report into the CEO and build on the revenue growth (>100%) from the previous 12-month period. This hands-on role will rely on the development of strong relationships with the board and investors whilst continuing to upscale the finance function and play a crucial part in the business strategy and development of the HR, Legal and IT teams.
Finatal are partnered with a fantastic Insurtech business, currently going through a rapid period of growth largely inorganic through ‘buy and build’. With a sale expected in 2 years, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a quick growth, modern insurance business, with an opportunity to join the Private Equity world and gain sale experience.
Finatal are searching for a CFO to step into a fast-moving consumer goods business that is being carved out from a larger company. The business is focused on sales of consumer goods across the UK to both businesses and households.
Backed by a credible PE house, looking for someone to build a finance team from scratch, implement new systems and drive improved efficiency gains of the company with an organic focused growth model. Growth forecasts are for revenue/EBITDA to go from £110m/£8m to £130m/£20m before targeted 2026/27 exit.
Reason for vacancy is the recent PE takeover and need for a new finance operation. CFO must be able to commute to Birmingham 4 days a week and have experience demerging/divesting businesses.
Base of £120-150k plus bonus and an additional bonus on exit.
I am working with a fast-growth, recently private equity backed multi-site automotive business that is embarking on an aggressive buy and build model. This multi-award-winning business has received significant investment to enable them to acquire new sites and diversify their revenue streams and now need a fantastic commercial candidate to become the first FP&A hire in the business, built out the infrastructure and business partner with the senior stakeholders on strategy.
Finatal are partnered with a Private Equity backed HealthTech business achieving significant growth and gearing towards an exit. The business has won multiple awards during their scale up journey and are looking for an ambitious step up FP&A Manager to gear towards continued growth and the exit.
As the FP&A Manager, you will report into a seasoned Finance Director and play a key part in leading commercial finance; budgeting, forecasting and business partnering across the group with key senior stakeholders.
