With over 9 years’ of experience in recruitment, Mark joined Finatal in its infancy. He was promoted to lead the Interim business and has subsequently become Managing Director leading on our interim department and permanent finance teams. Mark continues to build an enviable network across private capital and is highly regarded across the market.

With over five years’ recruitment experience in the private equity sector, Jack joined Finatal in 2017 and has since become Director for the interim management practice, interim finance practice and CFO practice. In this short time, he has built an enviable track record and extensive network across private capital. Finatal’s interim offering was recently credited as a Gold Service Provider by the Institute of Interim Management. Jack was also highlighted as a leading consultant by the Institute of Interim Management in 2022.

With over 10 years’ international recruitment experience, Simon joined Finatal as a Director to expand and strengthen our Pan-European practice. He has extensive experience building out teams over multiple jurisdictions, bringing a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to the business.

Ishtah has 4 years’ recruitment experience across private capital. She graduated in Modern Languages and International Relations and utilises her skillset to build her international network, placing finance professionals across the globe. Ishtah is a trusted advisor to her clients and is known for her consultative manner with her loyal candidates.

Dominic has a significant track record of supporting c100 private equity funds and their portfolio companies with interim hires. He is relentless, well-humoured and delivery focused on supporting funds from lower to mid market, to many of the largest in the world, by AUM. Furthermore, he has been recognised by Institute of Interim Management for his services.

Nick is an experienced Finance and Accountancy recruiter, with over 14 years’ experience of placing high-calibre qualified and executive level professionals across London, the South East, and internationally.

Nick now heads our Corporate Development and M&A Practice working with UK and global clients across funds and their extensive portfolios.

Cameron has 8 years working within search and recruitment.

He is the Manager of our interim finance team; having been with the business for 6 years, he has built up extensive market knowledge across the interim market.

Michael has 5 years’ accounting and finance recruitment experience. He is the Head of Permanent Finance and works tirelessly to ensure Finatal deliver time and time again. He is highly consultative in his approach and has a huge network across the senior finance market. 

 

Aaron joined Finatal in 2021, bringing with him credible experience within the market, working with senior executives across FTSE100 and private capital clients. Aaron is a Principal in our Interim Management Practice and works with funds and their portfolios.
 

With over 3 years’ experience in private capital recruitment, Clara is a key member of our Interim Finance team. Her expertise, pace and consultative offering ensures she delivers on Interim assignments efficiently. 
 

Tom worked in recruiting for four years hiring senior finance and accounting positions after he graduated. Tom works in Finatal’s Permanent CFO practice as a Principal. He has a loyal talent pool across the UK and an extensive network of private equity funds and their portfolio businesses.

Jakob joined Finatal in 2022 as a Principal in our European practice based in our recently opened Frankfurt office. 

Max joined Finatal in 2022 as Principal in our Transformation Practice. Max has an excellent track record in building out Transformation practices across both the FTSE and Private Capital markets. 

Victoria joined Finatal after studying law at the University of Bristol. Victoria has 3 years’ experience working within private equity recruitment. She is an Executive Consultant working within Finatal’s interim management team, placing senior finance individuals across a plethora of portfolio businesses. 
 

Sam Banks joined Finatal in 2021 as an experienced Interim Consultant. Working in our Interim Management practice, Sam supports our PE and portfolio clients with Interim CFO and Senior Finance resources.

 

Harry joined Finatal’s Transformation practice in 2023 as a Principal. He has a loyal talent pool across the UK and an extensive network of private equity funds and their portfolio businesses.

After graduating from the University of Kent with a degree in Accounting and Finance, James joined Finatal in 2021. James is an Executive Consultant in our Interim Finance Practice. He has built up an impressive track record to date in a short space of time, and is known for his dedication, efficiency, and pace across the market. 
 

Edward has 3 years’ experience within recruitment. He is an integral part of Finatal’s Interim Finance team as a Managing Consultant. His pace is reflective of the market he serves, and he has grown an expansive client base through his invaluable private capital knowledge. 

 

Nish has over 7 years’ experience in recruitment. Nish is a key member of the Data & Analytics Practice and places high calibre specialist candidates within the market. His focus is supporting private equity backed, high-growth SaaS businesses. Through his vast experience, he understands the challenges of scaling and growing ambitious businesses.
 
 

Having previously worked as a recruiter in London for two years, Jacob joined Finatal with outstanding experience. He previously worked as an Executive Consultant in our Interim Finance Practice, and he now works solely in our Transformation Practice dedicating himself to these highly sought-after roles. 
 

After graduating from the University of Bristol, Jack now strengthens our CFO practice as an Executive Consultant. He has an impressive track record in placing senior finance individuals across a diverse range of businesses. He offers a consultative and collaborative approach to clients, taking pride in managing the process between the perfect role and the best candidate.
