The business is a construction business ($20m EBIDTA) that was formed through a merger of two industry leaders, through private capital, 12 months ago. The business is now looking for a CFO who is an expert in the construction industry to complete the integration of the two platforms, professionalise and build the finance function and become a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering with the private equity team on the long-term strategy. The incoming CFO must have commercial contracting experience, a track record of dealing with general contractors and be super hand-on in the weeds of the business to dictate change.
