    active development of market knowledge, alongside forging strong internal and external relationships. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive and highly motivated – the opportunities the US market presents are vast and we are looking for someone to support driving our presence and continued success!

     

    The role

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Thoroughly market mapping clients, gathering detailed information and supporting mandate research
    • Attending client meetings with the Head of Practice
    • Conducting detailed research into clients, competitors, and creating client packs to be used for client pitches
    • Identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for mandates in line with the client requirements, via LinkedIn, CRM, networking, advertising, referrals and headhunting
    • Building and managing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle from initial contact to post-placement
    • Arranging and conducting candidate screening calls and meetings, briefing on job opportunities and commitments to interviews
    • Manage longlisting/ shortlisting processes to be able to present to clients
    • Manage interviews and offers where appropriate
    • Manage all job advertising and the reviewing applicants
    • Conducting a daily review of relevant industry news and highlight as appropriate to act upon
    • Searching for and identify job leads

     

    The requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • You’ll be highly organised and a good communicator
    • Bachelor's degree highly preferred however not essential
    • Prior experience not essential but if you have experience within a commercial, project-focused role this is a bonus
    • You’ll be eager to learn and immerse yourself in the industry
    • Ability to work autonomously, with an ambitious attitude
    • Comfortability with project work – you’re a hands-on, proactive person
    • Accountability – push yourself and your development and always strive to be better
