The company is currently operating at c.£10m+ turnover & c.£2m EBITDA with plans to continue its exponential scaling through acquisitive growth in preparation for an exit in the mid-term future.
This is a brilliant and lucrative opportunity for a CFO with experience to join a dynamic and ambitious executive team at the early stages of this business’ next growth journey in a hands-on role across the broader business, overseeing both the financial operations and supply chain management.
This role requires an enthusiastic candidate that has experience within a private equity backed business operating within a buy & build model as well as a track record of growing businesses. Exposure to both acquisitions and integration is crucial. Additional knowledge of capital raising, debt refinance and system implementation is preferable.

A PE backed software business on a significant buy and build programme requires their first integration lead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the integration playbook, acting in a hands-on capacity to drive activity across all workstreams, and will play a vital role in realising synergies and value, post-acquisition.

Finatal is currently partnered with a highly profitable and rapidly scaling medical devices business based in Nottingham who are looking for a CFO.
The business has recently taken on private equity investment from a leading mid-market PE house who are looking to continue the strong organic growth of the business and supplement with domestic acquisitions.
There is a significant opportunity for the business to scale internationally, most probably continental Europe, the CFO will lead alongside the CEO on this.
This is a broad CFO opportunity. There is an initial remit to professionalise the level of reporting, controllership, data, systems & MI before pivoting to more of a commercial / strategic business partner to the PE & SLT.
The successful candidate will have worked in a private equity backed business beforehand ideally achieving a successful exit. Experience in manufacturing / medical devices / FMCG will be looked upon favourably.

Finatal is partnering exclusively with a leading mid-market Private Equity-backed SaaS business headquartered in Mayfair. This is a high-growth business with a very strong client base. They are currently turning over £30 million and with their recent PE investment, they are looking to grow rapidly and will be turning over £50 million within the next 2-3 years. This growth with be organic and more significantly, through acquisitions.
Heading up the finance function is an excellent Private Equity CFO who is looking for a FC to join the businesses’ journey and ultimately contribute to an exit in 2-3 years’ time. This a new role that will play a key role in the success of the group and is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, growing PE-backed business. This role is a successor role suited to an individual looking to step into an FD/CFO role in 5 years.
