  As the Head of Finance, you will be instrumental in establishing and leading the finance function of our Athens operations. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial landscape of our organization, taking ownership of finance, operations, legal, and IT functions. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of the company while ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence.

Prior to receiving PE backing, the business had grown organically as well as via acquisition expanding their international footprint. With funding from a leading global tech investor, they are looking to accelerate further M&A growth alongside investing in further product development to win new business as well as upsell to existing clients.

  They’re seeking a seasoned CFO to lead on financial strategy, M&A and to drive them from €50 million to €100 million in revenue and beyond.

  As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation. Your expertise in navigating the complexities of B2B SaaS businesses, coupled with a proven track record of success in a PE-backed environment, will be instrumental in propelling the company toward their ambitious growth targets. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that optimize performance, mitigate risk, and maximise shareholder value.
