I’m currently partnered with a leading upper mid-market private equity fund that own an ESG Consultancy business going through a fast-paced buy & build. The company is currently c.15M EBITDA looking to grow to 30M EBITDA through acquisition and organic growth. This role will be the no.2 to the CFO who recently joined and needs to strengthen the core finance team, prior to a permanent Controller joining in c. 6 months.

You will also be heavily involved with the integration of new acquisitions, creating a platform for future acquisitions to slot into as easily as possible.
