    Opportunity:

    We are currently partnered with a mid-market Private Equity fund who are looking to invest in an organisation that is heavily focussed on growing via a rapid buy and build strategy. The business requires a first-class CFO; to drive on the next phase of growth – looking to broadly treble the business to c. £50m EBITDA over the investment lifecycle. With an outstanding presence in the ESG space, they are looking for a strategic and commercial CFO to lead on integration, setting the vision and strategy for finance, and helping prepare for exit in 3-4 years.

     

    Requirements:

    We are looking for a high-calibre CFO with a track record of managing businesses of similar size and scale, working closely with investors and act as partner to CEO in a highly acquisitive environment. Experience in engineering/manufacturing businesses and/or understanding of cost/ project accounting would be hugely valuable. You could be an existing PE CFO or in a significant divisional CFO role in the engineering/ construction/ oilfield services sectors.
