    They are a dynamic, fast-paced company that has recently been acquired by a private equity firm. They are now looking to expand the team and bring on a CFO to help them reach their next level of growth.

     

    About the Role:

    The business is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial strategy of the company and will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the business.

     

    The CFO will work closely with the private equity ownership team to develop financial plans and strategies that support the company's goals and objectives, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

     

     

    The role

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support the company's goals and objectives
    • Drive the companies ambitious buy-&-build agenda
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
    • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
    • Analyse financial data and make recommendations for improvement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and financial institutions
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
    • Lead and manage the finance team
    • Work closely with the private equity ownership team to drive the company's growth and success
    • Support the private equity ownership team in the execution of strategic initiatives
    • Provide financial insights to support decision-making

     

    The requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial leadership role
    • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
    • Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
    • Experience working with private equity-backed companies is a plus
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
