We are recruiting for an Interim Data Visualization Expert on behalf of our client, based in London.

Our client is a leading property company backed by a reputable private equity firm. With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, they are seeking a talented Data Visualization Expert to join their team on an interim basis and help unlock the power of data through visually compelling and impactful dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and identify key insights to be communicated through visualizations.
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using industry-leading tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Utilize data storytelling techniques to effectively communicate complex concepts and trends to non-technical stakeholders.
Analyze data sets and provide recommendations on visualizations that best represent the underlying data and drive actionable insights.
Work closely with the data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and integration with visualization tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and leverage that knowledge to improve the company's visual reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Visualization Expert or similar role, preferably within the property industry or related field.
Experience of working within a P.E backed business is essential.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Strong knowledge of data analysis and data modeling concepts.
Ability to translate complex data sets into clear and visually compelling dashboards and reports.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working on an interim basis or in a fast-paced project environment.
