With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, they are seeking a talented Data Visualization Expert to join their team on an interim basis and help unlock the power of data through visually compelling and impactful dashboards and reports.


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and identify key insights to be communicated through visualizations.
    • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using industry-leading tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
    • Utilize data storytelling techniques to effectively communicate complex concepts and trends to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Analyze data sets and provide recommendations on visualizations that best represent the underlying data and drive actionable insights.
    • Work closely with the data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and integration with visualization tools.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and leverage that knowledge to improve the company's visual reporting capabilities.


    • Proven experience as a Data Visualization Expert or similar role, preferably within the property industry or related field.
    • Experience of working within a P.E backed business is essential.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
    • Strong knowledge of data analysis and data modeling concepts.
    • Ability to translate complex data sets into clear and visually compelling dashboards and reports.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working on an interim basis or in a fast-paced project environment.

      The Opportunity:


      ·       This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing technology investor that is seeking a portfolio director

      ·       This is a new role with significant scope, you’ll work closely with the investment team and portfolio businesses to drive growth and value creation


      The Role:

      ·       Working alongside management teams across the entire portfolio to help deliver strategic, operational and transaction support that will help drive value and deliver growth

      ·       Work closely with the deal teams to assist in the management of and development of portfolio companies

      ·       Assist with the review of new deal pre-completion documentation and the development of 100-day plans for new investments

      ·       Work with the portfolio management teams to prioritise portfolio growth projects and identify KPIs that will track progress

      ·       Assist with the initial analysis, scoping and resourcing for portfolio growth projects.

      ·       Ongoing oversight of project delivery for these projects


      The Requirements:

      ·       Previous private equity experience desired, either as a portfolio director in PE, or relevant advisory role focussed on transformation

      Length of contract: 3-6 months 
      Location: Spain, Madrid and on-site 3 days per week  
      Pay rate: €700 - €1100 per day including expenses

      Finatal is partnered exclusively with a leading Private Equity fund seeking an Interim CFO to support a fast-growing Healthcare business based in Madrid. Current Group revenues of €15m. The incoming Interim CFO will be tasked with partnering closely with the Group CEO and Private Equity investors to drive this ambitious growth plan in a highly dynamic sector. 

      Core Deliverables: 

      • Evaluate Group financials/reporting systems per IFRS standards. 
      • Improve finance IT systems and processes for efficiency, transparency, and KPI tracking. 
      • Enhance Group-level financial information to boost performance (margins, staff efficiency). 
      • Develop and oversee financial strategy and control. 
      • Coordinate monthly closings and report to private equity and debt providers. 
      • Manage Group-level financial activities, optimize cash flow, and oversee banking and FX relations. 
      • Lead financial aspects of M&A, including due diligence, deal structure, and integration planning.  
      • Understanding Cash (order to cash process), structuring cost/consumables O2P lean. 
      • Digitalization across the board of the business- mid-transformation. 
      • Support for sale- marketing and commercial. 

      Key Requirements: 

      • On-site presence in Madrid. 
      • Proficient in spoken and written Spanish.  
      • Nice-to-Haves: 
      • Previous experience as Group CFO. 
      • Exposure to Private Equity or leveraged environments. 
      • Understanding of the Healthcare sector. 
      • Spanish native

      Finatal are currently recruiting a hands on interim FD to support the CFO of a technology company over the next 6 months as the organization goes through a period of change. The role will include helping in the day to day finance function and to evaluate and bring in reporting controls and processes.

      Role responsibilities:

      • Running day to day finance function
      • Improve internal and external financial reporting
      • Ensuring accurate and timely monthly reports
      • Helping produce the budget and forecast for next year
