They need an excellent number one in finance to work closely with the CEO, investors and lead the roll out of new sites whilst creating a best-in-class finance function that can support the expected rapid growth.

Our client, a private equity backed tech company, is seeking an experienced IT Carve-Out Lead. You will be responsible for planning and executing the separation of the IT infrastructure and applications from the parent company.

A mid-market private equity backed SaaS business immediately require an Interim Head of FP&A to take ownership of the group function. You will report into an experienced CFO with a history of success in growing software businesses.
