A PE backed transformation business is seeking an experienced CFO who can execute their buy & build strategy alongside organic international growth. The business has completed 2 acquisitions to date and hopes to grow EBIDTA to £15m in the next 3 years before an exit. The company has key hubs in the UK and US with significant revenues stemming from North America. The M&A strategy includes acquisitions in UK, US and across continental Europe. The role

As the CFO you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategies as they pursue growth through mergers and acquisitions. Working closely with the CEO and the executive team, you will be a key driver in ensuring financial discipline, maximizing shareholder value, and implementing scalable financial processes. Responsibilities:
