    Finance Transformation Project Manager – Financial Services

    Finatal has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Project Manager to join our clients busy Finance team. The purpose of the role is to support the newly appointed Programme Manager to provide project management and apply in-depth knowledge and specialist skills in leading and managing the delivery of a range of Finance projects.

    The role offers a great opportunity to draw upon your skills and experience in Finance, change management, project management and innovations in digital/technology to transform the way the business works.

    Skills Required:

    • Project management qualification - Prince2 or other relevant institution.
    • Finance / Accountancy background
    • ERP implementations
    • Change management skills – design and implementation of change communications in partnership with HR and communications professionals.
    • Commercial acumen and experience working in an international matrix structure.
    • Experience of successfully delivering projects with global teams for different business streams.
    • Proven organisational skills and comfortable with scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating at all levels of the organisation.
    • Experience of influencing stakeholders and sponsors, demonstrated by interpersonal excellence with differing levels of seniority - from graduate to executive level.
