    The role

    As a Consultant here, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from experienced colleagues who are experts in their field, offering a fantastic learning opportunity into the world of Private Equity recruitment. You will work with top-tier talent and prestigious firms within the industry and have access to fantastic training & development to get you to a full 360 Consultant. You will own the end-to-end process through sales, candidate and client management and get the chance to work on a variety of senior mandates.

    The requirements

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Proactively identifying and engaging with best-in-class candidates and prospective clients, building out your knowledge and network within the industry
    • Developing & maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, meeting both regularly
    • Identify, explore and maximise new business opportunities and pursue leads
    • Conducting business development to win new business via telephone, send-outs or emails, lead generation
    • Sourcing candidates at all levels via headhunting, networking and advertising
    • Interviewing candidates and managing the process: briefing, arranging interviews, gaining commitment and managing offers through to placement
    • Provide consultative services and market intelligence to clients
