Tasks:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dynamic finance team of over 10 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Accounting Oversight: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including but not limited to, treasury management, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting in compliance with both IFRS and HGB standards.
• Monthly, Yearly, and Annual Closing: Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, yearly, and annual financial closings, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Group Consolidation: Manage the consolidation process for multiple entities within the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, staying abreast of changes and proactively implementing necessary adjustments.
