    The opportunity

    Finatal are partnering with a rapidly growing PE backed B2B SaaS business. Prior to receiving PE backing, the business had grown organically as well as via acquisition expanding their international footprint. With funding from a leading global tech investor, they are looking to accelerate further M&A growth alongside investing in further product development to win new business as well as upsell to existing clients.

    They’re seeking a seasoned CFO to lead on financial strategy, M&A and to drive them from 50 million to 100 million in revenue and beyond.

    The role

    As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation. Your expertise in navigating the complexities of B2B SaaS businesses, coupled with a proven track record of success in a PE-backed environment, will be instrumental in propelling the company toward their ambitious growth targets. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that optimize performance, mitigate risk, and maximise shareholder value.

Le rôle sera responsable de 5 rapports directs et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec des prestataires externalisés pour établir des procédures de classe mondiale et assurer la conformité avec les normes IFRS et les PCG français.

      Les candidats idéaux auront une solide maîtrise des normes IFRS, des compétences en gestion du changement, parleront couramment le français des affaires et l'anglais, auront de solides compétences analytiques et de communication et seront habitués à travailler de manière pratique.

      Une rémunération compétitive sera proposée, avec bonus.

The business deploys Wi-Fi solutions globally, based on a unique cloud architecture, and has installed in over 25 million sites. Key customers include a number of international, blue-chip organisations. The company’s platform allows real time visibility into Wi-Fi performance and allows troubleshooting processes to be carried out remotely. The business is backed by a well-known PE investor.

      Finatal are working with an investor in the pharmaceutical services/CRO space to appoint a new Finance Director across two of their portfolio companies, one of which is in portfolio and one of which is a start-up platform. The ideal candidate will work with experienced scale-up CEOs to put finance infrastructure in place and give valuable commercial insight to the senior team and investors as these businesses grow.

       

      Experience of professional services, B2B services or a connection to pharmaceutical services/CRO is preferred. The role will require one day per week onsite at London and Bristol, with the rest remote, on a pro rata basis. There may also be potential for one day per week working across the portfolio.
