Monika is Senior Vice President at Finatal, responsible for growing the business’s US footprint. She has worked with high-growth businesses, both as a search partner and a leader. Her specialty within PE and VC-backed companies spans C-suite searches within finance, tech, sales and operations.

Monika started her career in investment banking search, later working at Mondo as Sr. Director of National Sales Strategy, then VP of Partnerships. She contributed to the business to doubling in size as she built the Midwest and US Executive practice. Most recently, she led the US growth of Renovata & Company’s subsidiary, Zeren.
