Our PE backed client requires a strong, experienced Senior Business Analyst to help successfully deliver a programme of work to separate our clients CRM workstream from a departing Parent Company (Delinian). 

The Senior CRM Business Analyst (Salesforce) will work within CRM team and separation programme team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on all Business requirements, mentor and coach more junior team members.
• Set standards of requirements definition and documentation.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts within the business, working across a range of departments, challenging them in order to uncover key detail and needs
• Formally document requirements so that they remain understandable for the business to subscribe to, while sufficiently comprehensive, structured and technically-oriented to be translated into technical solutions by the development team
• Authoring of Business user stories that are complete, unambiguous and represent the value sought by the business. Including complete acceptance criteria.
• Responsible for advising on and be closely involved with all UAT testing.
• Participate in the backlog grooming of their user stories and the UAT testing of them
• Fully evaluate the desired business outcome from start to end of their interaction, and hone requirements to optimise the desired customer experience
• Deep dive into requirements to ensure all the appropriate assets are in place to enable the successful development process and product delivery.

Skills Required

•  
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce, Finance integrations and associated applications (NetSuite) is a must as the focus of this role is to act as a liaison between the Business and Technical teams.
• Experience performing a similar Senior Business Analyst role involving large complex systems, having a wide scope of influence and ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness and documentation skills are essential.
• Experience in conducting detailed analysis of customer requirements, gathering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in creation of user stories and acceptance criteria, with a strong focus on business and commercial considerations.
• Participation in agile & waterfall practices, including backlog grooming, planning, stand-ups & formal demo’s.
• Good written and verbal communication is essential, and an ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non-technical individuals.
• Experience working within a financial services organisation is desirable as is experience with Commodities market data.
• Good understanding of documentation tools for process flows and requirements management, such as JIRA & Lucid Chart is required.
• E-commerce & test management exposure is desirable.
