    Core Mandate

    Reporting to the CFO, this position is responsible for developing the finance organisation to support the growth of the company into a €500m revenue business by 2027. This will include developing the finance team, the systems environment, and processes.  

    • Develop and enhance the skills of the finance team, to be an effective international finance team capable of operating a €500m turnover business. 
    • Develop and enhance the Group’s finance systems (including automation and connectivity with non-finance systems). The systems should be capable of supporting a €500m turnover business. 
    • Maintain high standards of Accounting (French GAAP, but with a possible move to IFRS), ensure compliance with on time and accurate filings in an international environment. Be proactive to understand the benefits of IFRS over French GAAP and support a change if required.
