Dan has over 12 years of experience in international recruitment, partnering with publicly traded and investor-backed businesses to deliver on senior Finance and Operations appointments. Throughout this time Dan has amassed a strong network of executives across Europe and is a diligent networker in the private capital markets space.

He joined Finatal in 2023 to further develop our European business and build out our executive search capability. Dan manages all board and board minus one appointment with a functional major in CFO and a sector focus on Technology and Business Services.
