IT Manager

Company Overview: 

A fast-evolving insurance brokerage with over 200 employees, we have recently integrated six businesses and have plans to continue expanding in the near future. 

Role Overview: 

As our primary IT lead, the IT Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating our technology initiatives, managing CRM deployment, and liaising with third-party Managed Service Providers (MSP). 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate IT strategies, focusing on integrating technologies from recent and future M&A activities. 

• Implement and optimize the CRM system to cater to the needs of a burgeoning insurance brokerage. 

• Facilitate relationships with third-party MSPs to ensure alignment with our company’s objectives. 

• Develop and maintain IT standards, policies, and processes. 

• Prioritize data security, especially within CRM systems, and adhere to industry compliance standards. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in IT management, ideally with M&A tech integration and CRM system familiarity. 

• Effective management of relationships with MSPs. 

• Knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry is a bonus. 

• Relevant IT and CRM certifications are an advantage.
