I am working with a revolutionary new marketplace, super app that has gained huge traction and will be launching across multiple US states in 2024. They need an excellent CFO to come and lead the business through a $25m series A to facilitate the launch and expansion. The right candidate must have strong capital/debt raise experience and a good network among the Investment Banks that they can bring to the business to support the raise. Upon successful raise the candidate will receive a competitive bonus and ideally stay on with the business, supporting the build of the function and preparing the business for further raises.

The successful candidate will need to have a clear track record of successful fundraises of c.$25m and beyond whilst demonstrating an available network that could provide immediate support to the network.

Requirements:

The plan is to reach 50 sites by the end of 2026 and need an excellent CFO to lead the buy and build, construct a best-in-class finance function and work directly with the board and private equity house on long term business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful financial analysis and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement financial models to assess investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and potential acquisitions.
