They need an excellent CFO to come and lead the business through a $25m series A to facilitate the launch and expansion. The right candidate must have strong capital/debt raise experience and a good network among the Investment Banks that they can bring to the business to support the raise. Upon successful raise the candidate will receive a competitive bonus and ideally stay on with the business, supporting the build of the function and preparing the business for further raises.

The successful candidate will need to have a clear track record of successful fundraises of c.$25m and beyond whilst demonstrating an available network that could provide immediate support to the network.

Role & Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will assume a central role in shaping the financial landscape during post investment, as well as during the rapid expansion. The company seeks a CFO with extensive financial leadership experience, especially in the context of private equity-backed companies. Reporting directly to the CEO and closely collaborating with private equity partners, the CFO will lead efforts to ensure financial excellence, oversee due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, and optimize the finance function to support the company's growth.

Requirements:

·       Demonstrated proficiency as a CFO or senior finance executive in fast-growing, private equity-backed and founder-led businesses, especially within the industrial space.

·       Experience in M&A and integration

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
