This appointment is pivotal for advancing both organic and corporate growth strategies, ultimately aiming to surpass $400 million ARR. The ideal candidate should possess robust experience in high-growth SaaS environments and a proven track record as the main point of contact for Private Equity firms. Key responsibilities will include restructuring the commercial finance function, spearheading significant acquisition processes, and collaborating with the CEO to optimize the business for scalability.

Following a period of rapid growth from $5m to $25m EBIDTA in the last 3 years, the business has secured funding from a private equity fund to lead them through a period of organic and inorganic growth and rapidly steer the business to exit in the next 24-36 months. The CFO will need to build a best-in-class finance function, lead on all M&A activity and be a valuable member of the C-suite management team.

I am currently working with a large cap private equity fund who have recently invested in a global engineering & manufacturing company focusing on the aerospace and medical sectors. Following the investment, they are about to embark on a period of high and now need an interim CFO to come on board in an advisory capacity to support the current CFO. It is crucial that the candidate fully understands the process of implementing the ERP system, Infor so that it works with all central functions. You will be fully responsible for project managing the implementation and collaborate with department heads to work on the overall transformation of the business. This will be from selection/tender phase all the way through to go live. An excellent opportunity to be in dynamic changing business and work directly with an exceptional CEO and PE fund.

Responsibilities:

• Take lead on all aspects of the digital transformation that align to finance.
• Bridge gap between the program and BAU.
• Oversee management elements of the transformation to ensure that the changes are delivering the intended benefits.
• Make sure that the finance transformation is aligned with the entire business transformation.
• Identify, obtain, and analyse required data to support the transformation.
• Act as an advisor on all wider CFO responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of finance preferably finance qualified.
• Must have used or implemented Infor in a PE backed manufacturing business.
• Experience leading large scale system implementations.
• Transformation experience in high growth businesses.
