    The role

    Key Responsibilities:

    The requirements


    • A proven track record of executive leadership success, preferably within the crane and heavy machinery rental sector or related industries of similar size ($20 to $60mil).
    • Robust strategic planning and execution skills, coupled with a keen understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, with a track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
    • Exceptional team leadership capabilities, with a commitment to fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and excellence.
    • Knowledge of the Texas market and relevant industry regulations and standards is advantageous.
