    Central London - Hybrid, 2 days in office

    The Company: We are working with a high-growth, tech-enabled provider of professional services. This newly formed company is already market-leading in their sector and still growing. Having just received a Private Equity cash injection from an elite mid-market PE fund, they have consolidated multiple fields of expertise via a dynamic buy-and-build strategy which is now taking them from strength to strength. Currently £50 million in turnover, they are looking to double in size in the next three years. They have recently built a best-in-class finance function and are looking for an ambitious, growth-hungry Senior FP&A Manager.

    The Position:

    As an Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the team and be an integral part of the company’s buy-and-build growth. You will work closely with the PE veteran CFO, projecting for and guiding the advancement strategy in line with the company’s ambition. You will engage with key stakeholders and drive the team’s success. This is also an opportunity to be involved in a PE exit in 2-3 years time.

    Responsibilities:                                                               

    • Develop data-driven forecasts and budgets.
    • Set KPIs and analyse the team and business’ performance .
    • Provide comprehensive modelling for the buy-and-build strategy.
    • Create a 3-5 year strategic plan.
    • Perform due diligence for acquisitions and mergers.
    • Integrate systems and teams as part of the M&A process.
    • Engage in effective business partnering.
    • Engage and provide reporting to key senior stakeholders.
    • Manage a successful team by setting high expectations.
    • Manage risks and take opportunities for higher efficiency.

    Qualifications and skills:

    • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
    • Experience working in a buy-and-build environment is highly crucial - either in due diligence or integration.
    • Experience in a PE-backed business is essential.
    • Skilled in FP&A modelling, building budgets, and forecasting.
    • Experience in senior stakeholder management.
    • Experience creating management accounts.
    • Able to make and communicate time-critical decisions within a detail-oriented framework.
