The opportunity:
Finatal are partnered with a reputable UK-based mid-market Private Equity firm; looking for a CFO or capable number 2 to make the step up to join a highly ambitious and fast paced B2B SaaS business. The business seeks a high calibre, analytical and dynamic, leader in finance to drive on their growth journey through a mix of both service offering and inorganic growth. They are currently operating at c. £5m EBITDA with the goal and ambition to triple in size. The successful candidate will become business partner to incumbent CEO and lead on the strategy, setting KPIS to drive the business towards an eventual exit, in c. 3-4 years’ time.
What we look for:

Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Worked alongside PE in a growth setting; either as CFO or number 2 ready to step up

Strong leadership skills

M&A and Integration experience

Good understanding of operating SaaS metrics
