    Order to Cash Transformation Manager

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Order to Cash Transformation Manager to join a Private Equity backed client on a temporary basis for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
    Proficiency in the German language is a must for this role.

     

    As the Order to Cash Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving improvements within our Order to Cash (O2C) process, with a focus on reducing accounts receivable (AR) and enhancing overall efficiency. You will lead a comprehensive analysis of our current processes, identify pain points, and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve financial performance.

     

    The role

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the CFO and Group Finance Team to conduct a thorough analysis of the global sites, identifying outstanding debtors' balances by market and customer.
    • Work closely with Country Managers to understand process and control pain points within the end-to-end Order to Cash process
    • Design and implement a standardized aged debtors reporting solution to provide centralized transparency on debtor balances across the globe, collaborating with the FP&A Lead and developing necessary tooling.
    • Implement monthly AR-Management and Board Reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial metrics

     

    The requirements

    Experience:

    • Qualified accountant with extensive process improvement experience from a consultancy practice, particularly in Order-To-Cash processes.
    • Minimum of 6+ years of consulting experience, preferably from a Big 4 background, reaching Manager or Senior Manager grade
    • Proficiency in data analysis and a demonstrated ability to drive change through a consulting-led analytical approach.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • High energy, pace, and rigor, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • Fluency in German and English languages is a must
