The Opportunity:

Finatal is working with a growth oriented lower mid-market PE investor with a focus on portfolio value creation.
The fund has grown significantly over the past few years and is looking to further strengthen its portfolio support capabilities
You’ll work closely with the deal team and management teams of portfolio companies to deliver top and bottom line value creation

The Role:

Financial modelling to support portfolio companies, including modelling of financial impact of new commercial opportunities and operational initiatives
Execution support for bolt-on acquisitions including deal structuring and synergy modelling
Market and sector research for portfolio companies, including market mapping for bolt-on opportunities
Ad-hoc FP&A analysis for portfolio
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the team and portfolio

The Requirements:

1-2 years PQE with experience financial modelling & analysis
Demonstrable experience of building operational and financial models
Exposure to, or understanding of, the private equity industry
Highly numerate with strong analytical abilities
Highly driven self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
Desire and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

They’re seeking a seasoned CFO to lead on financial strategy, M&A and to drive them from €50 million to €100 million in revenue and beyond.
