    The Opportunity:

    • Finatal is working with a growth oriented lower mid-market PE investor with a focus on portfolio value creation.
    • The fund has grown significantly over the past few years and is looking to further strengthen its portfolio support capabilities
    • You’ll work closely with the deal team and management teams of portfolio companies to deliver top and bottom line value creation

    The Role:

    • Financial modelling to support portfolio companies, including modelling of financial impact of new commercial opportunities and operational initiatives
    • Execution support for bolt-on acquisitions including deal structuring and synergy modelling
    • Market and sector research for portfolio companies, including market mapping for bolt-on opportunities
    • Ad-hoc FP&A analysis for portfolio
    • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the team and portfolio

    The Requirements:

    • 1-2 years PQE with experience financial modelling & analysis
    • Demonstrable experience of building operational and financial models
    • Exposure to, or understanding of, the private equity industry
    • Highly numerate with strong analytical abilities
    • Highly driven self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
    • Desire and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

With funding from a leading global tech investor, they are looking to accelerate further M&A growth alongside investing in further product development to win new business as well as upsell to existing clients.

      They’re seeking a seasoned CFO to lead on financial strategy, M&A and to drive them from 50 million to 100 million in revenue and beyond.

      As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation. Your expertise in navigating the complexities of B2B SaaS businesses, coupled with a proven track record of success in a PE-backed environment, will be instrumental in propelling the company toward their ambitious growth targets. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that optimize performance, mitigate risk, and maximise shareholder value.
