Lead Data Scientist

The opportunity
Finatal are supporting a PE backed Professional Services Business, doing a UK roll-up. They need an Integration Director to lead and manage the end-to-end integration of any acquired businesses, across all workstreams.
The role
- As the Integration Director, you will lead the full cycle integration process to ensure a quick and smooth transition for acquired businesses.
- You will report into COO and support the Senior Manager in the team with the integration of smaller acquisition, while taking the sole lead on all larger transactions.
- Work with senior management across the businesses to formulate, articulate and implement the integration plan.
- Manage the timings for all integration processes and organise regular team meetings to track all integration activities.
- Be responsible for the oversight of the integration budget to ensure all activities remain within the prescribed budgetary limits.
- Lead and execute all integration analysis so that all targets are adhered to.
- Help to create a cohesive company and ultimately, connect disconnected organisations by eliminating any ambiguity. In short, ensuring that all staff know what they should be doing and which processes they should be following.
The requirements
- Hands on experience in M&A integration planning and execution.
- Experience integrating mid-market companies, ideally in Professional / Business Services space.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification would be advantageous for any financial integration but is not necessary.
- Must have a high energy and natural leadership qualities to ensure the easy conveyance of integration systems and processes across all businesses.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential to ensure your ability to work cohesively with other members of senior management, to achieve company integration targets in line with wider business goals.
