    Finatal is currently partnered with a Private Equity backed dynamic and growing global company specializing in Human Capital Management. With the recent acquisition of a prominent business in abroad, we are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim reporting manager to join our team and lead the integration of the acquired entity into our financial operations. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, culture, and international business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the internal finance team to ensure the seamless integration of the additional entity's financial processes.
    • Prepare and oversee year-end financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with the harmonization of financial systems and processes between the client and the acquired entity.
    • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to facilitate cultural understanding and effective communication within the integrated teams.
    • Contribute to project management efforts to meet integration milestones.
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.

    Qualifications:

    • Accounting qualified, ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
    • Experienced with Software/SaaS industry is necessary.
    • Experience working within Private Equity environment is necessary.
    • Audit background would be ideal.
