    Interim Integration Director

    £ 1,250 - £ 1,250 per day
     

    Job Description

    Finatal are working exclusively with a mid-market private equity house that needs an Interim Integration Director to lead an aggressive buy and build strategy, supporting a consultancy expanding across Europe via M&A and grow from £20m to <£50m EBITDA in the next 18 months. You’ll work closely with the full C-Suite, with an strong emphasis on running the integration project with as little impact on BAU functions as possible. You’ll have a track record in professional services, having successfully led integrations whilst keeping on key-talent from the target companies. You’ll be based in the UK but open to regular European travel. One of your first tasks shall be to hire an integration manager to assist you in running the process.
