We are seeking an experienced ITSM/Transition Lead to join our clients IT team. You will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools, as well as managing outsourced IT service transitions.

We are seeking an experienced IT Migration Project Manager to lead the successful migration of our client’s manufacturing sites to a new IT infrastructure including IT Network, laptops, technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects.

Finatal are working with a Private Equity Backed Health Technology business undergoing an aggressive growth strategy following recent investment. The Finance Director position will directly support an experienced CFO with their buy and build strategy, acquiring international competitors to increase their global presence. Having acquired two businesses since its investment, the business seeks to expand its foothold on the market.

The Role requires an experienced Private Equity Finance Director, who is used to being hands on across the business. Responsible for all parts of finance, commercial and reporting, the correct candidate will provide the CFO with the support to grow and expand the business.
