They also use blockchain technology to secure and streamline the sharing of health data while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

    They are seeking a dynamic Head of Analytics to lead their analytics team on a 6-9 month basis. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a company that is driving the future of healthcare through data-driven innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the analytics team to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights that support the company's strategic goals in the health tech space.
    • Develop and implement analytics strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimise the company's health tech platforms and solutions, including telemedicine, digital health applications, and personalised medicine.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and make healthcare more accessible and personalised.
    • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators, such as patient engagement, medication adherence, and disease progression.
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare industry standards, regulations, and data protection laws.
    • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and investors, in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Conduct advanced analytics and research to support the development of new health tech solutions, such as predictive modeling tools to identify patients at risk of developing chronic diseases or algorithms to personalise treatment plans.
