Interim Group Financial Controller - Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Play a role in the financial integration of newly acquired entities, ensuring seamless consolidation and alignment with the parent company's financial structure and processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the unique financial needs and challenges of each acquired entity.
Monitor and report on the progress of integration activities, ensuring alignment with established timelines and budgets.
Streamline financial reporting and analysis to provide senior management with actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Mentor and develop finance teams within the acquired entities.
Be the main point of contact for all auditory requirements.
Play a role in integrating systems onto Netsuite.
Qualifications:
ACA/ACCA Qualified with a strong academic background in finance or accounting.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Top 10 accountancy firm.
Exceptional financial acumen and the ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading integration projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior leadership.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of private equity and experience in the IT services industry would be advantageous.
