As they continue to expand their footprint, they are seeking a Group Financial Accountant to contribute to their financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate monthly close and consolidation in NetSuite, the Group's accounting system.
Support acquisition accounting and consolidation adjustments for new sites.
Prepare Group Consolidated Balance Sheet with insightful movement analysis.
Gather data for statutory reporting and supporting notes periodically.
Monitor intercompany balances, ensuring elimination and resolving differences.
Draft group statutory accounts and support external stakeholder reporting.
Consolidate and review monthly cashflow submissions from regions.
Assist in coordinating external audits and timely information provision.
Enhance internal control and compliance reporting according to the framework.
Address internal control deficiencies and drive balance sheet integrity.
Organize periodic balance sheet reviews with regional teams.
Qualifications:
Qualified accountant, ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
External audit experience is highly desired.
Experience with multisite business is highly desired.
Experience working with Private Equity is highly desired.
Prior experience with Netsuite is highly desired.
