They are seeking a Real Estate Power BI Data Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in elevating their KPIs by translating real estate data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyse real estate data, and craft insightful reports and dashboards to guide our business strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with real estate stakeholders to understand their unique data needs and requirements, such as property performance, market trends, and occupancy rates. 

• Acquire, cleanse, and transform real estate data from various sources to ensure data integrity, including property management software, financial reports, and market data. 

• Design visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, focusing on key real estate metrics such as: 

• Occupancy rates and trends 

• Lease expiration and renewal data 

• Rental income and expense analysis 

• Property valuation and appreciation. 

• Market comparable and competition analysis. 

• Analyse real estate data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive sound business decisions, such as optimising rental pricing strategies and identifying opportunities for property expansion or divestment. 

• Work closely with teams to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise strategies to optimise real estate KPIs, including improving property ROI and maximising rental income. 

• Regularly monitor and maintain existing reports and dashboards, implementing updates as needed to reflect changing real estate market conditions. 

• Provide training and support to team members on effective Power BI utilisation and real estate data analysis.

Finatal are working an international private equity house that needs an Interim Integration Director to assist with a scaling portco c£50m t/o that has recently completed a number of acquisitions across the UK and Europe. The business is predominantly people-based and key talent retention will be of upmost importance as ultimately this is where a lot of the value in the acquisitions is held. Your first task will be to design the PMI strategy as this is the first time they have had the need for this position. You will then work closely with all the workstream leads and C-suite to implement this strategy across the business. The long term strategy of the business is to continue the M&A strategy so a strong integration plan is crucial. 

Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:

Integration Director

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions, capture synergies, and maximise value creation 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive integration playbook for acquired businesses, aligning integration strategies with overall growth objectives.
• Lead and manage cross-functional integration teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with the M&A Director to conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, identifying integration risks and opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with acquired company leaders, key stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders, minimising disruption and resistance.
• Monitor and report on integration progress, including financial performance, cost synergies, and ROI analysis.
• Identify and mitigate integration-related risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact the success of the integration process.

This an exciting period to join an aspirational business within the services sector set to double its growth by the end of this year. This requires a hands-on individual with the ability to produce and generate high-level financial budgets, forecasts, and reports. In addition to business reconciliation.

The Role:

• Working closely with the CEO/CFO of a high-growth business
• Hands on candidate to develop & professionalise  the day-to-day finance function
• Supporting the month end reporting
• Delivering the budgeting and forecasting
• Ownership of cashflow management
• Improving the processes and controls for the business whist automating the reporting
