The company are at a critical time in their transformation of the finance team and you will working closely with Group FD. Continued integration of new entities and consolidation of acquisitions is needed as they continue their growth journey.

Finatal are supporting a PE backed Professional Services Business, doing a UK roll-up. They need an Integration Director to lead and manage the end-to-end integration of any acquired businesses, across all workstreams.

Finatal are working exclusively with a mid-market Private Equity backed IT services business seeking a Technical Accountant to join their finance team. The investors are preparing for an exit in the next 18 months, prior to this they seek to continue their M+A Activity – bolting on businesses to further their buy and build strategy. Reporting into a highly experienced Private Equity Group Financial Controller, this role is a great opportunity to grow within the business and be involved with a secondary buy out.

With £40m t/o and £5m EBITDA, the firm are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join their team. Further, looking to exit next year, the firm are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance and a proven track record in managing financial operations for a fast-paced environment.

A leading private equity backed wealth management consolidator requires an M&A Manager to bolster the existing teams capabilities.
