The opportunity:
Finatal are currently working with a high-growth Large-Cap PE backed Software Development company looking for a hands-on and driven individual. Due to immediate expansion the company is looking to place a technically and commercially strong candidate to improve and develop the day-to-day finance function. In addition to providing forecasting and budgeting. This new role will prove a fantastic opportunity for driven and ambitious candidates.
The Role:
- Working closely with the CFO & Group Finance Director of a high-growth business
- Lead on the post-deal professionalisation of the growing finance function.
- Hands on candidate to develop the day-to-day finance function
- Supporting the reduction time taken to produce month-end reports.
- Support with the integration of newly acquired entities into the group – end-to-end management accountants, processes & controls.
- Play a hands-on role in leading these improvements and be able to get involved in additional ad-hoc tasks.
The Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA ( or equivalent)qualified
- Experience within a PE backed business environment.
- Sector experience is desired.
