Finatal are working with a Private Equity backed portfolio which is operating on a B2B model within the SAAS space. They are seeking an Interim CDO to drive strategy, optimise team performance and drive their core platforms to a modern tech-stack. You will be responsible for scaling the data infrastructure to deliver seamless customer experience and driving business growth alongside the C-Suite and investor board. It will also be necessary to build, inspire and leading a high performing team and regularly reviewing the data ecosystem and driving improvement initiatives.
The business is looking to expand on a global scale within the next 12-18 months and you will have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, to develop new data-driven products, services, and solutions.
Collaborate closely with the PE investment team to align data initiatives with strategic objectives, leveraging data to drive portfolio company growth and enhance investor value.
Provide data-driven insights that empower PE stakeholders to make informed investment decisions, leveraging analytics for due diligence and portfolio optimization.
Establish robust data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with PE investors' requirements and industry regulations.
Implement advanced data analytics to measure and optimize portfolio company performance, identifying opportunities for disruptive growth.
Optimize internal operations using data analytics, enhancing efficiency, and delivering unparalleled SaaS products and services.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to revolutionize their SaaS product offerings, enhancing customer experiences, and staying ahead of the competition.
Oversee data-driven investor reporting, providing transparent insights into portfolio company performance and solidifying investor confidence.
Lead and mentor a high-performing data team, fostering a culture of data-driven innovation and collaboration across the organization.
