To support their ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a talented and technically astute Finance Manager to join our finance team. 

      As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our finance operations, including systems optimization, month-end processes, reporting, and daily reconciliations and consolidations. This is a multifaceted role that offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced finance leaders, including our Finance Director and CFO, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

      The Role: 

      • Systems Optimization: Take the lead in optimizing our ERP system, leveraging your technical expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. 

      • Month-End Close: Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. 

      • Reporting: Generate and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. 

      • Reconciliations and Consolidations: Manage day-to-day reconciliations and consolidations, ensuring financial data integrity. 

      • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with finance and non-financial stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing financial guidance.

      The Requirements:  

      • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA). 

      • Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably within a Private Equity-backed or highly acquisitive environment. 

      • Strong technical skills with the ability to optimize ERP systems. 

      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

      • Effective communication skills to partner with and empower stakeholders. 

      • Flexibility to work 2 days per week in their Hillingdon office.
