    Integration Director

    Location: London

    Salary: £130-160k, plus bonus

    Position Overview:

    Finatal are partnered with an extremely high growth, PE backed business, seeking an Integration Director to devise and implement their integration strategy for all newly acquired businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions, capture synergies, and maximise value creation 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive integration playbook for acquired businesses, aligning integration strategies with overall growth objectives.
    • Lead and manage cross-functional integration teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to ensure successful execution.
    • Collaborate with the M&A Director to conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, identifying integration risks and opportunities.
    • Foster strong relationships with acquired company leaders, key stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
    • Implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders, minimising disruption and resistance.
    • Monitor and report on integration progress, including financial performance, cost synergies, and ROI analysis.
    • Identify and mitigate integration-related risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact the success of the integration process.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of successfully leading integration and transformation efforts in a highly acquisitive business.
    • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse complex financial data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
    • Change management expertise, with the ability to navigate and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
    • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
