The opportunity
Growing through M&A Acquisition, this fantastic Private Equity backed Health and Fitness business is seeking a newly created Head of FP&A. With continued growth and revenue accelerating there looks to be no sign of slowing down, making it an incredibly exciting company to join with so much movement for growth and progression yourself.

The role
- Strategic and Financial planning
- Looking at the 3-5 Business planning of the business
- Liaising with C-suite Induvial and the vendors, business partnering across the company
- Deliver monthly performance reports, analysis and commentary to the Group Board
- Supporting on M&A Activity
- Full ownership of the FP&A function
- Integrating businesses post-acquisition
- Presentation to the leadership about the latest performance and gap vs plans
- Work closely with the wide businesses to build and maintain a medium-term financial/strategic plan
The requirements
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience within Private Equity is desirable
- Sector experience is desirable
- Managing a team or willingness to do so
- Experience building models is desirable
