The opportunity
Finatal are partnered with a fantastic Insurtech business, currently going through a rapid period of growth largely inorganic through ‘buy and build’. With a sale expected in 2 years, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a quick growth, modern insurance business, with an opportunity to join the Private Equity world and gain sale experience.
The role
Taking ownership of the businesses full commercial function, liaising, and working closely with the group CFO, leading improvements within FP&A and Business Analysis.
- Manage and develop the monthly Group performance reporting cycle, engaging with Group CFO and business leaders.
- Lead on M&A Activity
- Working closely with C-Suite professionals, and Private Equity Investors to help grow the businesses, through budgeting and forecasting
- Deliver monthly performance reports, analysis and commentary to the Group Board and Executive Management
- Develop a partnering model with Group functions, working with and challenging these functions to spend optimally and within budget.
- Simplify and expand expense allocations process to ensure external reporting and internal performance management information demands are satisfied simply and clearly.
The requirements
- Insurance experience is required
- Working across multiple entities
- Private Equity experience is desirable
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience Managing a team
