The role will include helping in the day to day finance function and to evaluate and bring in reporting controls and processes.

Role responsibilities:

• Running day to day finance function

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our finance operations, including systems optimization, month-end processes, reporting, and daily reconciliations and consolidations. The Role:

Finatal are currently working with a PE backed FMCG business, circa £75 million turnover. They require a driven, proactive and commercially minded FP&A Lead to join the business during a period of high growth. You will be responsible for business partnering with functions throughout the business. You must have a strategic approach to analysis and forecasting. You will also be hands-on with the financial due diligence for future acquisitions. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-level PE CFO, helping to further develop and professionalise the finance function.

The Role

• Preparation and consolidation of financial reports.

Senior Group Financial Accountant

Heading up the finance function is an excellent CFO who is looking for a Senior Group Financial Accountant to join the team and produce clear-cut consolidations of financial information, in support of a global M&A growth strategy. The right candidate will be an effective business partner throughout the organisation. The Role:

• Consolidation of c.100 entities: evaluating and challenging reports from subsidiary teams.

• Use of Cognos Controller consolidation system (with training and support).
• Report monthly balance sheet and cashflow to the board, investors and banks.
• Integrate and onboard newly acquired businesses into the group.
