    The Opportunity

    Finatal are currently working exclusively with a Private Equity Backed Multisite Healthcare business. The business is undertaking an aggressive buy and build strategy, acquiring new groups to bolt on to their existing 40+ strong portfolio. 2 years into their PE life cycle, they seek to continue their pipeline of deals and are well supported in doing so with the backing of a reputable mid-market private equity house.

    The role reports directly into CFO, an experienced individual with a Healthcare buy and build background. The opportunity not only encompasses the day-to-day finances of the business but also presents a commercial candidate with opportunity to have a hands-on approach to support the growth of the business. This role best suits a candidate with healthcare experience looking to further their career in a dynamic and fast growth environment.

    The Role

    • Support the CFO through future business acquisitions, developments and disposals.
    • Responsible for delivery of timely and accurate management accounts to the Finance Director
    • Provide (or support the team as necessary to provide) further financial information to internal stakeholders necessary for the operation of business.
    • Responsible for automating and streamlining current processes using advanced excel skills.
    • Improve efficiency and effectiveness in current finance processes and KPI’s.
    • Identify potential cost savings within the business and process efficiency.
    • Ensure consistency across the entire finance function including leading the migration of Sage 200 to Intacct in line with rest of Group.
    • Recruit new posts into the Finance Team and restructure if/when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) who is preferably 2-5 years post qualified.
    • Previous Multisite Consolidation experience is essential
    • Excellent Interpersonal skills building trusted relationships with all parts of the business.
    • Willingness to jump into cultural projects building the ethos of the brand.
    • Excellent presentation skills and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
