The Opportunity:

With an impressive 40% year-on-year revenue growth and 30-40% EBITDA, the business is poised for exceptional success. Under the leadership of a new A* CFO and C-suite, the business is embarking on an exciting journey to scale the business to new heights, and drive to an exit in the next 2-3 years.
The business is seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to join the finance team and work directly with and report to the visionary CFO. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company. You will not only build and manage the traditional aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling but also become a strategic finance business partner, collaborating with key internal stakeholders to drive growth and empower commercial decisions.
The Role:
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Financial Modelling: Create and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Strategic Finance Business Partner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive the overall strategy of the business.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key financial performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior management, to understand their needs and align financial plans with their objectives.
Reporting: Generate insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by the CFO and executive team.
The Requirements:
Professional Finance Qualification; ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a similar FP&A role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to financial challenges.
Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
